Q: Can you tell me if the frog I found in my bushes next to my house is poisonous? How do I attach the photo?

A: Nice photo - very helpful!!! Your frog is definitely not poisonous - no poisonous frogs in North America. This is a Northern Leopard Frog (Rana pipiens), often called a meadow frog since it may be a long way from standing water. This animal is interested in finding insects and other creepy crawlies around your house, not at all dangerous, so no need to worry about your family or pets. Leopard Frogs are not doing so well in many areas of their range so nice that you have one at your home. Thanks for asking.
