baby sparrow

Q: Hi, we found a baby sparrow trapped in the ceiling at work. We don't know how it got there. There's a dock area behind our work that a lot of sparrows hang out at. The baby can't fly and I tried to give it moistened cat food and it won't open its mouth to feed. What should I do? Please help. I don't want it to die. Thanks.
