Goosebumps

Q: If someone had a high body temperature, would it take him/her longer to get goosebumps? Please get this back to me as soon as possible

A: If this person is not sick, but simply has a higher temperature than average, it would seem to me that they would not chill as quickly as someone with a "normal" temperature. If that is true, then they wouldn't get goosebumps as quickly. If the person is sick, with an elevated temperature, I'm not so sure what would happen.
