Q: what do baby salamanders eat?
Habitat: swamp
State: Hawaii
Habitat: swamp
A: Baby salamanders are carnivors and eat other animals. Since they're small to begin with, they eat a variety of small animals like tiny insects and spiders. As the babies grow, they're able to eat larger and larger prey up to and through their adulthood.
Hope this helps. Thanks for asking.
