Q: im wondering if house sparrows mate and breed in late july?

Habitat: suburban/yard

State: New Jersey

Habitat: suburban/yard

A: House Sparrows typically have 2 to 3 broods a year so nesting in July is not unusual. These birds pair up for life although if one dies, the other quickly chooses another mate. Thanks for asking.
